Returns

All sales are final. Browne Works may, at our discretion, make an exception. Any and all returns must be authorized via email and returns must be accompanied by, and will only be accepted with, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by Browne Works. To discuss a possible return, you must email us at sales@browneworks.com.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY APPROVED RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Refunds may also be subject to $7 fee to cover some of our costs. Paid shipping is also non-refundable.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product and RMA email to: Browne Works, Inc., 1036 B and L Club Rd, Pasadena MD 21122, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
